Our webshop was developed with software from WooCommerce, our webhosting partner is ImpressiveXS B.V. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services, are shared with this party.
ImpressiveXS B.V. has access to your data to give us (technical) support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. ImpressiveXS B.V. is – on the basis of the agreement we have with them – required to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Backups are regularly made to prevent data loss.

We take web hosting and e-mail services from ImpressiveXS B.V.. ImpressiveXS B.V. processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for their own purposes. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of the services. These are not personal data.
Our website uses inwise, a third party that does the handling of any newsletters. inwise will never use your name and email address for their own commercial purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail that is automated there is an ‘unsubscribe’ link. If you click this link you will no longer receive e-mail newsletters from our site.
Compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interactions in order to offer better site experiences and tools in the future. We may also use trusted third party services that track this information on our behalf.

Integration of the Trusted Shops Trustbadge
We have integrated the Trusted Shops Trustbadge on this website in order to display our Trusted Shops Trustmark and offer the Trusted Shops products to customers after placing an order.
This serves the protection of our legitimate interests in the optimal marketing of our offer according to art. 6 (1) 1 lit f GDPR that are overriding in the process of balancing of interests. The Trustbadge and the advertised trust badge services are offered by Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Cologne, Germany.
With every use of the Trustbadge, the web server automatically saves a so-called server log file which contains e.g. your IP address, the date and time of the request, the volume of data transferred and the requesting provider (access data), and documents the request. Those access data are not analysed and are automatically overwritten no later than seven days after the end of your website visit.
Other personal data are transferred to Trusted Shops only if you decide to use or have already registered to use Trusted Shops products after placing an order. In such a case, the contract concluded between you and Trusted Shops applies.
Shipping and logistics
If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the NZPost services for carrying out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we give your name, address and share your residence details with NZPost. NZPost uses this information only for the purpose of carrying out the agreement. In the event that NZPost engages subcontractors, NZPost will also provide your data to these parties.

For our tracking of our administration and accounting we store your data. We store your name, address and residence details and details regarding your order. This data are used for managing sales invoices.
External sales channels
We sell (a part of) our articles through the Bol.com platform. If you place an order via this platform then Bol.com will share your order and personal details with us. We use this information to complete your order. We deal confidentially with your data and have appropriate technical and organizational measures taken to protect your data against loss and unauthorized use.

We keep your information as long as you are our client. This means that we keep your client profile until you state that you no longer wish to use our services. If you indicate this to us, we will also understand this as a forgetting request. On the basis of applicable administrative obligations we submit invoices with your (personal) data, we will keep this information for as long as the applicable term is in effect.
On the basis of the applicable European legislation, you as a data subject have certain rights with regarding personal data processed by or on behalf of us. We explain below what these rights are and how you can invoke these rights. In principle, in order to prevent misuse, we will send copies of your data only to your known e-mail address. In case you want the data to be sent to another e-mail address or, for example, by mail we will ask you to identify yourself. We keep records of completed requests. In the case of a forgetting request we administer anonymous data. All transcripts and copies you request, you will receive in the machine-readable data format that we use within our systems. You have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority at any time if you suspect that we use your personal data in the wrong way.

You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a copy, to the known e-mail address of all data with an overview of the processors that this data have, indicating the category below which we have stored this data.

You can submit a request to that effect to our contact person for privacy issues. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a confirmation. You have to confirm that the details have been changed forthe e-mail address known to us.
Right to restriction of processing
You always have the right to restrict the use of the data that we process or have processed and that relate to your person or are traceable to you. You can submit a request to that effect to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you a copy to the known e-mail address, which confirms that the data is restricted until you cancel the restriction.
Right of transferability
You always have the right to transfer the data that we process or have processed and that relate to your person to another party. You can submit a request to that effect to our privacy contact person. You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you copies of all information about you that we know to relate to you, to the e-mail address known to us, as well as data processed by us or processed by us by other processors on our behalf or third parties. In all likelihood in such a case we can no longer continue the service because the safe connection of data files can no longer be guaranteed.
Right of objection and other rights
