Ariki New Zealand Ltd cares about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and we carefully handle the information we have about you and your use of our services. We never provide your details for commercial purposes to third parties.

The starting date for the validity of these conditions is 22 May 2018, with the publication of a new version voiding the validity of all previous versions. Webshop software
WooCommerce
Our webshop was developed with software from WooCommerce, our webhosting partner is ImpressiveXS B.V. Personal data that you make available to us for the benefit of our services, is shared with this party.
ImpressiveXS B.V. requires access to your data to give us technical support, they will never use your data for any other purpose. ImpressiveXS B.V., under the terms and conditions of the agreement we have with them are required to take appropriate security measures. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Backups are regularly made to prevent data loss.
Our webshop is developed with software from WooCommerce, we host our web store on a server located in The Netherlands. We have taken all possible technical and organizational measures to prevent misuse, loss or corruption of data. These security measures consist of the application of SSL encryption and a strong password policy. Backups are regularly made.
Web hosting
We partner with ImpressiveXS B.V. for our web hosting and e-mail services. ImpressiveXS B.V. processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for their own purposes. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of the services. This data is not personal data.
Email newsletter
Our website uses inwise, a third party that does the handling of any newsletters. Inwise will never use your name or email address for their own commercial purposes. At the bottom of every e-mail that is automated there is an ‘unsubscribe’ link. If you click this link you will no longer receive e-mail newsletters from our site.

If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the NZPost services for carrying out the deliveries. USPS

If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the Skytrack services for carrying out deliveries to Australia. It is therefore necessary that we give your name, address and share your residence details with Skytrack. Skytrack uses this information only for the purpose of carrying out the delivery agreement. In the event that Skytrack engages subcontractors, Skytrack will also provide your data to these parties

For our tracking of deliveries and our administration and accounting we store your data. We store your name, address and residence details as well as details regarding your order..
External sales channels
Bol.com
We sell (a part of) our articles through the Bol.com platform. If you place an order via this platform then Bol.com will share your order and personal details with us. We use this information to complete your order. We deal confidentially with your data and have appropriate technical and organizational measures taken to protect your data against loss and unauthorized use.

We only use your data for the benefit of our services. That is, the goal of the processing is always directly related to the assignment you provide.

You will receive a response to your request within 30 days. If your request is granted, we will send you copies by email of all information that we hold relating to you. This will include all data processed by us or processed by others on our behalf.
Right of objection and other rights
You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data by Ariki New Zealand Ltd or by a processor commissioned by Ariki New Zealand Ltd. If you object, we will immediately stop the data processing pending the settlement of your objection. If your objection is well-founded, we will provide copies of all processed data that personally relates to you for your disposal. Ariki New Zealand Ltd will cease to process your data and delete all processed electronic data that relates to you personally.
You also have the right not to be part of automated individual decision making or becoming a profiling subject. We do not process your data in such a way that infringes this right. If you believe these rights have been infringed please contact our privacy contact person.
