New Zealand Post
Delivery depends on your country and location. Please find below a screenshot from the NZ Post website.
You can expect that your item will usually arrive at its destination within the timeframe specified for each service. Because New Zealand Post does not directly control all parts of the delivery chain, we can’t guarantee that your item will always reach its destination within the delivery target. Delivery to areas outside major cities, or where your item is dutiable, or is held in Customs, delivery may take longer.
If any taxes, duties, GST or VAT are to be paid for the import of the parcel, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay the charges. Duty, taxes, GST and VAT differ between countries, for further information please contact your local customs office.
